Ria Woodhouse joined in October 2023 as the Senior HR Business Partner for Talbot and a member of the UK AIG HR Senior team.

Ria joins us following a career at Oliver Wyman where she has built significant skills over 17 years, most recently as Head of Initiatives and Engagement and Senior HR Business Partner, Business Support.  Through her career, she has acquired extensive experience within Regional and Global HRBP roles, as well as several roles leading the Talent, Performance Management and Compensation agendas.

She holds a BSc in Zoology from Durham University and an MA in Human Resources from the University of Westminster. 

Ria is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
